Art Deco Diamond Solitaire ring, circa 1930. Platinum Marked, oval shaped old mine cut diamond in an enclosed square claw setting. The diamond measures approximately 1.75 carats, L colour, VS clarity. There are descending, stepped baguette diamond set to each shoulder. All diamonds are claw set with a pierced out gallery and elaborate Fleur de Lys engraving to the sides on a plain band shank.To the reverse the diamonds are set into open settings, this allows the light to shine through.
A beautiful and classic ring with a good sized central stone. This would make a showstopping engagement ring.
